About the Providers

Dr. Erick Madrigal, MD, MBA has returned to his hometown Porterville, CA in order to provide medical care for his community. His goal and passion is to give back and serve. As a family doctor he will be seeing patients of all ages, from prenatal, to adolescence, to geriatric care.
Dr. Madrigal studied premed at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He graduated with a B.S. in Psychology in 2003. After completing his premed, Dr. Madrigal went on to UCLA where he studied a combined MD/MBA program and graduated in 2008. Dr. Madrigal completed his residency at White Memorial Medical Center in East Los Angeles.

Dr. Luis Ontiveros, MD has signed on with Living Water Health & Wellness Clinic bringing 5 years of family practice experience with him. His primary goal is preventative and wellness medicine with focus on a healthy diet and nutrition. He also helps with pain management with specialty in knee and shoulder injections.
Dr. Luis Ontiveros graduated from UCLA's undergraduate program in 2001 with a B.S. in Biology. In 2006, he graduated from UCLA Medical School. His family residency was completed in 2009 at White Memorial Medical Center in East Los Angeles.

Dr. Joel Ramirez, MD has returned to his hometown area of Lindsay, CA to provide medical care to the community. His primary goals are to provide culturally-sensitive medical care, with an emphasis on preventative and sports medicine.
Dr Ramirez graduated from UCLA in 2004 with a B.S. in Physiological Sciences, and went on to graduate from UCLA Medical School in 2008. He completed a Family Medicine Residency training program at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles. He completed an additional fellowship training program in Sports Medicine also at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles.

Carolyn Diaz, FNP is a mid-level medical provider within Living Water Clinic which treats workers compensation injuries, family chronic and acute medical conditions as well as pre-employment and DMV physicals. Mrs Diaz has worked within this practice since 2016 and has completed several years of general practice within other local clinics. She has just recently retired from working for the State of California for twenty-two years as a Family Nurse Practitioner as workers compensation injury medical case manager and mid-level clinic provider. Her previous work experience also includes the areas of; Nursing Educator, Medical staff Management, Labor and Delivery, Home Health, Dialysis and Public Health.
