WE ARE HERE TO SERVE YOU DURING THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19
Dear Porterville, Lindsay, Visalia and Surrounding Communities,
As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to grow, here at Living Water Health and Wellness Clinic, we are working very hard to ensure patient and employee safety. All medical employees are supplied with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and are practicing social distancing. All patients with COVID-19 like symptoms are instructed to stay outside in their car, and we conduct the appointment from there with a protected staff member serving each person. For most of our patients, we are practicing telemedicine. Telemedicine is similar to a typical skype or facetime call, except it is with a medical provider. This has been the most substantial transition within our clinic, but every provider is on board and working to continue serving our patients through virtual means. Those who do not or do have COVID-19 like symptoms and cannot use telemedicine can still reach out to us via phone.
We will continue to take every precaution possible to ensure employee and patient safety and consider it a privilege to serve our communities. Please call our clinics with any questions regarding COVID-19 and family medicine.
